Ale Update...

Welcome to The Butcher's Arms

The Butcher's Arms is reputedly the smallest Free House in England and offers the finest selection of real ales. Owned and managed by Martyn Hillier, The Butcher's Arms is situated in Herne Village in the beautiful county of Kent.

Real ale lovers can enjoy a pint and a chat, literally off the butcher's block on the newly refurbished premises. The beer is only as good as the banter, and you are sure to find plenty of lively and friendly chat from the loyal band of locals.

Customers can also buy to enjoy ale at home in whatever quantity they wish, whether that be a small bottle (3.5 pints), or a whole pin of 37 pints. Martyn can supply ales from just about anywhere in the country. He is always willing to listen to his customers to ensure a wide choice each week. Just ask and he will do his best to supply!

Please visit this site regularly to find out what beers are currently on tap each week. You can also visit the Message Board to offer your suggestions and views on the refreshing subject of beer.
